The Shoemaker's Elf's House
This little 1:48 darling is quite a chatty little thing. I started out with every intention of making it a gnome-home, but it had different ideas. First it decided it didn't want the porch roof, but then it complained that it had a bare space on the front wall. To make it happy, I dug thru my buttons and found a teeny little victorian ladies shoe. With a quick snip to take off the shank and a dirty wash to tone down the gold, it was perfect for the front of the house. Voila! Now we know where the shoemaker's elves live.
